Stress is the quiet slayer. Stress is your body elemental response to stimulation. An increase in your stress will do your body to increase the adrenaline production in your body, your heart pumps quicker and charges more blood through your body and your breathing rate is also increased. Prolonged stress is very damaging to your general health and mental well being. Prolonged stress leads to fleshiness, heart disease, and insomnia. Analyses indicate that 54% of Americans are referred about the stress that they’ve in their lives. A big number of kids, adolescents, and college students report an increase in their stress over the past five years. Stress is a regular part of everyone’s life, there isn’t a way to wipe out all stress stimulating factors from our lives. There are ways to help to neutralize the harmful amounts of daily stress.
