Being old is a normal process that will occur in every human being. However, what happens when aging comes more quickly than time? Or, you could say look old before their time or popularly known as premature aging. Actually, if you look back at the factors that contribute to the aging process include intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors may occur in physiological, genetic, hormonal and racial. However, as far as possible the process of aging can be slowed or prevented from happening sooner by improving lifestyles. While extrinsic factors causing premature aging include free radical and UV radiation. Free radical sources include solar UV radiation, pollution, burned and others.
