Hypertension is the silent disease
Hypertension often came silently without any complaints. There is no way of knowing hypertension than blood pressure checks. The JNC VII criteria of hypertension characterized by increased levels of blood pressure to 140/90 mm Hg or more. Because not cause symptoms, the average person did not know he suffered from hypertension before their blood pressure checked. And early detection is needed to prevent further complications. Unfortunately, many people are still reluctant to consult healthcare associated hypertension. Most felt no need to see a doctor because he felt his body right.
