Margarine have been one of the great blunders of the power of recent decades. The advertising campaigns were sold as substitutes for butter, allegedly unhealthy due to their high levels of saturated fat. Millions of consumers spent the new product and took him confident. Until some studies have shown that trans fats in margarine (a type of unsaturated fatty acid found in foods that have undergone hydrogenation) are even less healthy. So for a long time, cholesterol levels and possibly cardiovascular disease many people were aggravated with this product in principle designed to mitigate them.
Because of this huge mistake, margarine and fell out of favor for years are the black sheep of the milk. Decrease of hormone level actually started in young age period. The decline of testosterone level due to aging process started approximately in the age of 30 in the males. After age 30 years, the mean serum testosterone level generally decreases by 1% to 2% per year, although this decline can vary widely.
In healthy men, decline in serum testosterone level occurs around 30% in age 25-75 years. Due to increased serum SHBG level with age, free testosterone decreases around 50% in the period of age.
