Hypertension often came silently without any complaints. There is no way of knowing hypertension than blood pressure checks. The JNC VII criteria of hypertension characterized by increased levels of blood pressure to 140/90 mm Hg or more. Almost the people sometimes feel fatigue. After taking care of the home page on the weekend or a busy day with the kids or working in the office, it is natural when we feel fatigue. Types of physical and emotional fatigue are normal, and usually you can recover energy by resting or exercising.
However, if you feel fatigue all the time, or when feeling fatigue once mastered, you deserve to feel worried because your situation is more serious than just feeling fatigue. However, if the fatigue was not accompanied by other symptoms, is often difficult to determine the existence of other causes. Irritable bowel syndrome, sometimes known as “intestines cramps” or “spastic colon”, is a common medical problem that is not fully understood. This disease was disturbing, painful, and sometimes annoying, but not life threatening. Some doctors consider this disorder such as influenza, which is the main cause of loss of work time.
Teenagers, children, and women more often experience this problem than men. Approximately one fifth of adult Americans have irritable bowel symptoms, but not half seeks help.
